Shipping policy

Most orders will be dispatched within three (3) working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items.

We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock.

Orders received on weekend days (Saturday or Sunday) will not begin processing until the following business week.

No orders will ship out on Saturday or Sunday.

For overnight or express shipping, please call us at (832)275.0742 during regular business hours and we will do our best to arrange shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time we do not ship internationally. If you are interested, please contact us.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 1051 Heights Blvd Suite 130, Houston 77008. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm or Sunday 1-4pm. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 6 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
